s1 2 s4 Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 No. 38, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Education(GeneralProvisions)Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of s 60 (Allowances to certain student hostels) (1) Section 60(1), ‘each student’— omit, insert— ‘the students’. (2) Section 60(2), ‘either or both of the allowances’— omit, insert— ‘an allowance’ . (3) Section 60(3)— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Allowances) Schedule 1, parts 2 and 3— omit, insert— ‘PART 2—ALLOWANCE TO SCHOOLS IN RECEIPT OF SUBSIDY ‘Division 1—If GST is not payable $ each year 1.
