This regulation may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. This regulation amends the Education(GeneralProvisions)Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of s 15 (Instruction for overseas students) 3. Section 15(3)— omit, insert— ‘(3) The maximum annual prescribed fee is— (a) under subsection 2(a)(i)— Regular Admissions Special Education $ $ Preschool Years 1 to 7 Years 8 to 10 Years 11 to 12 2 550.00 5 100.00 6 150.00 7 200.00 4 860.00 8 270.00 9 350.00 10 390.00 (b) under subsection (2)(a)(ii)— Preschool Years 1 to 7 Years 8 to 10 Years 11 to 12 $ 5 250.00 5 250.00 6 600.00 7 730.00 ’.
