2 Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulations 1991 (No.2) Short title 1. These regulations may be cited as the Education (General Provisions) Amendment Regulations 1991 (No. 2) . Amended Regulations 2. The Education (General Provisions) Regulations 1989 are amended as set out in these regulations. Amendment of reg. 8 (Charge of school in temporary absence of principal) 3. Regulation 8— omit ‘regional director’, insert ‘executive director’. Amendment of reg. 33 (Enrolment requirements) 4.(1) Regulation 33(2)— omit ‘regional director’, insert ‘executive director’.
