Education (Further Amendment) Act

The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Act is to amend the Education Act 1958 with respect to the regulation-making powers in the Act.

2. Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

may confer a discretionary authority or impose a duty on, or leave any matter to be determined or approved by, a specified person or class of persons.".
