Education and Training Regulations Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2017

(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2017.

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Education and Training Regulations
Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2017.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

Part 2 - Education Service Providers (Full Fee

Overseas Students) Registration

Regulations 1992 amended

3.             Regulations amended

This Part amends the Education Service Providers (Full Fee
Overseas Students) Registration Regulations 1992.

4.             Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1 amend the items listed in the Table as set Out in the Table.

In regulation 5(3)(b) delete "$2 075." and insert:

7.             Regulation 6 amended

In regulation 6(4)(b) delete "$2 075." and insert:
