Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Part 1— Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Education and Training Regulations
Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2022.
2. Commencement
Overseas Students) Registration Regulations 1992. These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)
Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2022.

(i) if the applicant has a $172 teaching qualification from an accredited initial teacher education programme
if the applicant has a $172 teaching qualification
conferred in Australia or
New Zealand that the
applicant wishes the Board
