Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Education and Training Regulations
Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2018.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	Parts 2 and 3 —
This Part amends the Teacher Registration (General) Regulations 2012.

(0 if gazettal day is before 1 July 2018 — on
1 July 2018; or

(ii) if gazettal day is, or is after, 1 July 2018 — on

the day after gazettal day;

(c) Part 4 — on 1 January 2019.

4.	Fee payable by a person who applies for s. 10(2)(e) non-practising registration -
(a) eligible under section 18(a) of the Act no fee

(b)	eligible under section 18(b) of the Act—
(1) if the applicant has a $168.50

teaching qualification from an accredited initial teacher education programme

(ii) if the applicant has a $168.50

This Part amends the Teacher Registration (Accreditation of
Initial Teacher Education Programmes) Regulations 2012.

6.            Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5(3)(b) delete "$2 111." and insert:

$2 142.50.

7. Regulation 6 amended
In regulation 6(4)(b) delete "$2 111." and insert:

Part 4 - School Education (Student Residential

Colleges) Regulations 2017 amended

8.            Regulations amended

This Part amends the School Education (Student Residential
Colleges) Regulations 2017.

9.            Regulation 14 amended

In regulation 14(7)(b) delete "$13 900" and insert:
