Education and Training Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Education and Training Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2012 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 24 November 2013. (2) In this section— postponed law means the following provisions of the Education and Training Legislation Amendment Act 2011 — (a) section 9; (b) section 11, to the extent it inserts new section 366A of the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006 . Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 25 November 2013. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 26 November 2013.
