s1 3 s4 Education and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 310, 2005 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Education and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 January 2006. Part 2 Amendment of Child Protection (Offender Reporting) Regulation 2004 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Child Protection (Offender Reporting) Regulation 2004. 4 Amendment of s 13 (Reports not made in person—Act, s 29(5)) Section 13(3)(g), ‘ Education (Teacher Registration) Act 1988 ’ — omit, insert — ‘ Education (Queensland College of Teachers) Act 2005 ’.
