Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) Regulation 2011

Part 1    Preliminary

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education and Care Services National Law (Queensland) Regulation 2011.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 January 2012.

Part 2    Central governing bodies

3   Prescribed entity—Act, s 32

For section 32 of the Act, definition central governing body, the following entities are prescribed—

(a)the Association of Independent Schools of Queensland Inc;

(b)the Corporation of the Roman Catholic Bishops of Queensland;

(c)the Creche and Kindergarten Association Limited ACN 150 737 849;

(d)Queensland Lutheran Early Childhood Services;

(e)the Gowrie (Qld) Inc.
