1 Title
These Regulations may be cited as the Education and Care
Services National Amendment Regulations 2016.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 301 and 324 of the
Education and Care Services National Law.
3 Commencement
These Regulations commence on 23 December 2016.
4 Prescribed classes of persons for grant of supervisor certificate
In regulation 238A(1) of the Education and Care Services National
Regulations, for "31 December 2016" substitute "31 December 2017".
