Education and Care Services National

Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Education and Care Services National
Amendment Regulations 2015.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i) Corruption and Crime Commission
Amendment (Misconduct) Act 2014 section 5

if the gazettal day — on the day after gazettal day; or

(ii)      otherwise — when section 5 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Education and Care Services
National Regulations 2012.

4.             Regulation 216 amended

In regulation 216(n):

(a) in subparagraph (v) delete “Corruption and Crime Commission Act 2003” and insert:

Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003

(b) after subparagraph (v) insert:

(via)	the Public Sector Commissioner, but only if the divulging of information to, or the production of any document or other thing to, the Public Sector Commissioner is for the purposes of the Public Sector Commissioner’s functions
under the Corruption, Crime and Misconduct Act 2003;
