EDUCATION AMENDMl3NT REGULATIONS (No. 2) 1995

Made by the Minister for Education.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Education Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1995.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Education Regulations 1960" are referred to as

the principal regulations.

Regulation 25A inserted

3.      After regulation 25 of the principal regulations the following regulation

is inserted -

(C) may be expressed to apply at all times or at a

25A. (1) Without limiting regulation 36, the chief executive officer may from time to time prepare and issue duty statements for teachers.
