EDUCATION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Minister for Education.

Citation

1. These re lations may be cited as the Education Amendment

Regulations 1 g&.

Principal regulations

2.      In these regulations the Education Regulations 196P are referred to as

the principal regulations.

3.      The heading to Part IV, Division 5 of the principal regulations is

amended by deleting "and Retirement".

Regulation 86 repealed

(a) by deleting "age or". NORMAN MOORE, Minister for Education.

4.      Regulation 86 of the principal regulations is repealed.

Regulation 102DC amended

S. Regulation 102DC (6a) of the principal regulations is amended by

deleting ", other than by the teacher attaining the retiring age,".
