AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Education Ordinance 1937-1966.*

EDUCATION ORDINANCE 1971.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Education Ordin­

ance 1971.*

(2.) The Education Ordinance 1937-1966,f is in this Ordinance

referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance,

may be cited as the Education Ordinance 1937-1971.

2 . This Ordinance shall come into operation on the first day of

November, 1971.

3 . Section 10 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting

from the proviso to paragraph (d) the words " Two cen ts" and

inserting in their stead the words " Five cents ".

4 . Section 34 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting

from paragraph (b) the words " T w o cents" and inserting in their

stead the words " Five cents ".
