AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Education Ordinance 1937.

BE it ordained by the Administrator of the Government of the Executive Council, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Commonwealth of Australia, with the advice of the Federal	Seat of Government Acceptance Act 1909 and the Seat of Govern-
ment {Administration) Act 1910-1933, as follows:—
1.— (1.) This Ordinance mav be cited as the Education short title and	dtat ion '
Ordinance	1938.

(2.) The Education Ordinance 1937 is in this Ordinance

referred to as the Principal Ordinance.

(3.) The Principal Ordinance, as amended by this Ordinance,

may be cited as the Education Ordinance 1937-1938.

inserting after the word "open," the words " the parent oratte,ulance- 2. Section nine of the Principal Ordinance is amended by Compulsory

guardian ".
