1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) (Survey Data) Amendment Regulation 2023.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 January 2024.

3   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Regulation 2017.

4   Amendment of s 27 (School survey data—Act, s 168)

omit.

(2)Section 27(2)(d) to (g)—
renumber as section 27(2)(c) to (f).

omit, insert—
