s1 2 s4 Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) No. 346, 2003 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Commencement Section 4 commences on 1 January 2004. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Education(AccreditationofNon-StateSchools) Regulation 2001 . 4 Insertion of new s 9A After section 9— insert— ‘9A Flexible arrangements approvals ‘A school must— (a) ensure approvals are not given, or purportedly given, under the Education (General Provisions) Act 1989 , section 114A, 1 other than in compliance with that section; and (b) comply with the requirements under that section about keeping documents relating to approvals.’.
