I, the Governor, acting under the Edith Cowan University Act 1984 section 29(2)(a) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, declare the whole of the land comprised in certificate of Crown land title volume 3131 folio 790 (the land) to be University lands for the period during which the land is leased from the Minister for Education to the Edith Cowan University under the Lease: Mt Lawley Senior High School Two Tier Car Park, made on 18 October 2007 in respect of the land.
