I, the Governor, acting under the Edith Cowan University Act 1984 section 29(2)(a) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, declare the whole of the land comprised in qualified certificate of Crown land title volume 3044 folio 904 ("the land") to be University lands for the period during which the land is leased from the Minister for Education to the Edith Cowan University under the Deed of Lease made on 20 October 2005 in respect of the land.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 31 January 2006.
