Edible Oils (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations2 (Amendment)

1, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Edible Oils (Export Inspection Charge) Act 1982.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1983.

2. Regulation 4 of the Edible Oils (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Rates of charge

“4. For the purposes of sub-section 6 (1) of the Act, the rate of charge applicable to a class of edible oils specified in Column 2 of the Schedule in an item in the Schedule is the rate specified in Column 3 of the Schedule in that item.”.

 

Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Edible Oils (Export Inspection Charge) Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
