AN ACT to continue the operation of the Economic

Stability Act, 1946.

[Assented to 7th November,1947.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Economic Stability short

Act Amendment (Continuance) Act, 1947, and shall be read as one with the Economic Stability Act, 1946 (62 of 1946), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section twelve of the principal Act is amended by cAtmseiZment

substituting for the word "October" in line two the word. "December," and for the word "forty-seven" in line three the word "forty-eight."
