I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Economic Regulator Act 2009 .6 April 2020

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Economic Regulator Regulations 2020. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 26 May 2020. 3Fee for lodging complaint (1) For the purpose of section 49(c) of the Economic Regulator Act 2009, the prescribed fee is 110 fee units, inclusive of GST. (2)  For the purposes of subregulation (1), GST has the same meaning as in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 of the Commonwealth.
