I make the following order under section 36 of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 .2 August 2021

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2021. 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the 61st day after the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2017 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2017.
