I make the following order under section 36 of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 .10 September 2014

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2014 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect 61 days after the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Economic Regulator (MAIB Premiums) Order 2013 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Clause 4 amended (Escalator index) Clause 4(2) of the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by omitting "for Tasmania" from the definition of A ; (b) by omitting "for Tasmania" from the definition of B .
