Economic Regulation Authority (Gas Pipelines Access Funding) Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Economic Regulation Authority (Gas
Pipelines Access Funding) Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Economic
Regulation Authority (Gas Pipelines Access Funding)
Regulations 2003*.

4.             Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(1) is amended by deleting "during any of which a pipeline specified in Schedule 1 is a covered pipeline, a charge is payable for each specified pipeline" and inserting instead

, for each pipeline that during any of the quarter is specified in Schedule 1 and is a covered pipeline, a charge is payable

5.            Schedule I replaced

Schedule 1 is deleted and the following Schedule is inserted instead —

1.     Mid West and South West Gas Distribution System

being the system to which WA:GDL2 relates 27.01

2.      Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline

(WA:PL40) 50.00

3.      Goldfields Gas Pipeline

(WA:PL24) 20.27

4.      Kalgoorlie to Kambalda Pipeline

(WA:PL27) 2.72
Note:  WA:PL refers to a pipeline licence under the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969.
WA:GOL refers to a distribution licence under the Energy Coordination
Act 1994.
