Prime Minister
“committee” means a committee established under section 19 of the Act;
“the Act” means the
Economic Planning Advisory Council Act 1983.
(a) in the case of a member of the Council—his attendance at meetings of the Council or of his engagement, with the approval of the Council, on the affairs of the Council; or

(b) in the case of a member of a committee—his attendance at meetings of the committee or of his engagement, with the approval of the committee, on the affairs of the committee,
necessarily absent from the city or town in which he normally resides or, if he does not normally reside in a city or town, the place at which he normally resides, the member is entitled to be paid in respect of that absence such travelling allowance as would be payable to him in respect of that absence if—
(c) he were a part-time member of the Albury-Wodonga Development Corporation; and
(d) that absence were an absence of such a member of the Albury-Wodonga Development Corporation from his home.
(2) Travelling allowance payable under this regulation is in addition to, and does not include, the cost of conveyance.
