1   Short title

This by-law may be cited as the Economic Development (Vegetation Management) (Prescribed PDAs) Amendment By-law 2016 .

2   By-law amended

This by-law amends the Economic Development (Vegetation Management) By-law 2013 .

3   Replacement of s 4 (Priority development areas to which by-law applies)

Section 4—
omit, insert—

4   Priority development areas to which by-law applies

(1)This by-law applies to the priority development areas (each a prescribed priority development area) in the local government area of Brisbane.

(2)In this section—

Brisbane see the City of Brisbane Act 2010 .

4   Amendment of schedule (Dictionary)

(1)Schedule, definitions Bowen Hills urban development area, Fitzgibbon priority development area and Northshore Hamilton priority development area—
omit.
