1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Economic Development (Variation of Caloundra South UDA) Amendment Regulation 2023.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Economic Development Regulation 2013.

3   Amendment of s 3 (Transitioned UDAs and declaration of priority development areas)

Section 3(1), after ‘the transitioned UDA’—
