1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Economic Development (Boggo Road Cross River Rail PDA) Amendment Regulation 2020.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Economic Development Regulation 2013.

3   Amendment of s 4 (Expiry of interim land use plans)
