Application for approval of a variation of an enterprise agreement

[1] An application has been made for approval of a variation to the Ecodynamics Enterprise Agreement 2011-2014 (the Agreement). The application has been made pursuant to s.210 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). The Agreement is a single enterprise agreement.

[2] The application seeks approval of variations to “Part 3 - Schedule of Wage Rates” and “Part 2 - Schedule of Wage Rates” provided for in Appendix B of the Agreement.

[3] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of s.211 of the Act that are relevant to this application have been met.

[4] The variation to the Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.216, will operate on and from 18 August 2011. An Order will issue accordingly.
