EastLink Project Amendment Regulations 2014

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the EastLink Project Regulations 2008 to update a reference to Victoria Police.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 258 of the EastLink Project Act 2004.

3Vehicles exempt from payment of tolls

In regulation 4(c)(i) of the EastLink Project Regulations 2008[1], for "the police force of Victoria" substitute "Victoria Police".
