I, Geoff Richardson, Acting Managing Director of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority, as delegate, make the following amendment to the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Direction No.1 of 2006 under sub-sections 17(5A) and 17(5B) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991 and sub-sections 12(1) and 12(4) of the Eastern Tuna and Billfish Fishery Management Plan 2005.
