AN ACT to authorise the Construction,• Main- tenance, and Working of a Siding connected with the Eastern Railway at East Perth.

[Assented to 22nd September, 1914.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia-

with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. It shall be lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to construct, maintain, and work as a railway a siding connected with the Eastern Railway, at East Perth, as described in the Schedule hereto.

THE SCHEDULE

A siding of 3ft. Gin. gauge commencing at a point in East Perth Station Yard on the Eastern Railway, and proceeding thence via Sampson Street and crossing Claisebrook Road to Kensington Street; thence via Kensington Street crossing Jewell Street to the Eastern boundary of Trafalgar Road; in length 451/4 chains, or there- abouts; as more particularly delineated and coloured red on copy of E.E.L. Plan No. 15,496.
