East Perth Redevelopment Act 1991
East Perth Redevelopment (Extension of Redevelopment Area) Regulations 2003
Made by the Governor in Executive Council under sections 4 and 57 of the Act, following consultation between the Minister and the community, the Town of Vincent, and the City of Perth.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the East Perth Redevelopment
(Extension of Redevelopment Area) Regulations 2003.2. The Act amended

3. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended as follows:
(a) after "defining the redevelopment area" by inserting — 44
, together with an additional area described as "the extension
of the redevelopment area" in a supplementary Plan (also
held at the office of the Authority), that Plan being certified
by the Minister as being "the plan prepared for the purposeof defining the extension of the redevelopment area".
(b)
after "For guidance, the redevelopment area" by inserting —

(without the additional area described in the previous

(c) after "representation of Plan No. 2." by inserting —

For further guidance, the additional area that is the extension to the redevelopment area may be described as the land bounded by a line —
(a)
starting at the north-east corner of Newcastle street and William street and extending in a north-westerly direction along the eastern boundary of William street for a distance of approximately 50.3 m to the north-west corner of Lot 77;
(b)
then in a south-easterly direction for approximately 41 m to the north-east corner of Lot 77;
(c)
then in a north-easterly direction for approximately 12.3 m to the north-east corner of Lot 100;
(d)
then in a south-easterly direction for approximately 40.4 m to the north-east corner of Lot 3, and intersecting with boundary of the redevelopment area set out in Plan No. 2;
(e)
then following the boundary of the redevelopment area back to the starting point,
so as to comprise Lots 1(A), 2(A), 3, 4, 28, 77, 78, 79, 80,
81, 82, 83(A) and 83(B), and a passageway between
Lots 1(A) and 2(A).ff .
