AN ACT to authorise the Establishment and

Maintenance of a State Hotel at Dwellingup.

[Assented to 31st December, 1911.]

Legislative Assembly of 'Western Australia, in tins present :Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

liament assembled, and, by the authority of the same, as iroilows:—

1.     This Act may be cited as the Dwellingup State Hotel Act, Short title.

1911.

Notwithstanding anything contained in the Licensing Act, Power to establish

2.   Colonial a State Hotel at

1911, to the contrary, it shall be lawful for

Dwellingup.

Treasurer.

(a.)

to establish a State Hotel at Dwellingup in the Forrest

Licensing District ; and

(b.) to carry on by his authorised agent, in such State Hotel. the trade and business of a person holding a publican's general license.
