An Act to rectify a clerical error in the Act lately m8ed for

impooing certain duties upon Wines, rFpirits, and

ohacco.

That frop and aftex the passing of this present Act, the said words '' from grain '' in the second section .of the said recited Act shall, for

all

HEREAS in the second section of the Act passed on the twenty-

day of April last, intituled,

An Act to impose certain dutiee

upon Wines, Spirits, and Tobacco; to provide for the Warehousing,

and to prevent the clandestine removal and importation of the same,"

the words from grain " have been inadvertently inserted, whereby the said section will not be according to the tenor nor have the effect intended by the Legislature at the time the said Act was passed-BE

IT THEREFORE ENACTED by his Excellency John Hindmarsh, Knight

of the Royal Hanoverian Guelphic Order, Captain in the Royal Navy, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Her Majesty's Province

of South Australia, by and with the advice of the Council thereof-

all purposes coiinccted therewith, be deemed and taken not to have been inserted therein; and the said section shall in future publications of the same Act be printed without the said words accordingly.
