Duties (Crown Immunity—Application of Act) Order 1998 (NSW)

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 308 (1) of the Duties Act 1997, make the following Order.

This Order is the Duties (Crown Immunity—Application of Act) Order 1998.

2Commencement

This Order commences on 1 July 1998.

3Application of Act to persons or bodies having Crown immunity

Pursuant to section 308 (1) of the Duties Act 1997, the whole of that Act applies to the following:
