s1 2 s4 Duties Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 No. 67, 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Duties Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 May 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Duties Regulation 2002. 4 Insertion of new s 9 After section 8— insert — ‘9 Prescribed vehicle types ‘ (1) Any type of vehicle that may be conditionally registered under the TransportOperations(RoadUseManagement—VehicleRegistration)Regulation 1999 , section 10A(2), 1 is prescribed for schedule 6, definition “vehicle”, paragraph (b), of the Act. ‘ (2) This section expires on 31 October 2003.’.
