s1 2 s3 Duties Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 11, 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Duties Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Duties Regulation 2002. 3 Amendment of s 8 (Recognised stock exchange) (1) Section 8(a) to (c)— renumber as section 8(b) to (d). (2) Section 8— insert— ‘(a) the Australia Pacific Exchange Limited, ACN 080 399 220;’.
