1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2006 (Amendment

No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Aim of Plan

This Plan aims to allow, with the consent of Dungog Shire Council, the erection of one dwelling-house on each of the parcels of land to which this Plan applies.

4      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land situated in the local government area of

Dungog, being:

(a)

Lot 1242, DP 701657, 1166 Allyn River Road, Allynbrook, and

(b)

Lot 1, DP 239894, 3455 Clarence Town Road, Brookfield.
