Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2006 (Amendment

No 12).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land in the Business 3 (a) Zone under Dungog

Local Environmental Plan 2006.

4 Amendment of Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2006

Clause 23 General zoning controls

Omit “x” from the matter relating to veterinary establishments under

Zone 3 (a) in the Table to the clause.

Insert instead “c”.
