This Plan is Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2006 (Amendment

No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 73, DP 619217 (86 Marshdale Road, Alison), Lot 14, DP 29270 (637 Bingleburra Road, Sugarloaf) and Lot 14, DP 246524 (637 Wallarobba–Brookfield Road, Wallarobba).
