This Plan is Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2006 (Amendment

No 10).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 100, DP 1089164, known as 4426 Clarence

Town Road, Wirragulla.
