1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Dubbo Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 23).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 501, DP 1255115, Boundary Road, Dubbo.

4 Amendment of Dubbo Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Clause 7.12A Retail premises on certain land at Boundary Road, Dubbo

Omit “part of Lot 1002, DP 1236775” from clause 7.12A(1).

Insert instead “part of Lot 501, DP 1255115”.

(2)	Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses
Omit clause 5. Insert instead—

5      Use of certain land at Boundary Road, Dubbo

(1)

This clause applies to part of Lot 501, DP 1255115 at Boundary Road,

Dubbo, identified as “5” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the following purposes is permitted with development

consent—

(a)	a single pub,
(b)	a single recreation facility (indoor).
