1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Dubbo Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 22).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land—

(b)	Lot 403, DP 1244669, Boundary Road, Dubbo,
(c)	Lot 501, DP 1255115, Boundary Road, Dubbo,
(d)	Lot 1728, DP 1222337, Boundary Road, Dubbo,
(e)	Lots 3343 and 3345, DP 1265888, 23 and 22 Delta Road, Dubbo,
(f)	Lot 3344, DP 1265888, 1 Tide Crescent, Dubbo,
(g)	Lot 3357, DP 1265889, 57 Waterway Crescent, Dubbo,
(h)	Lots 3339–3341, DP 1265888, 59, 61 and 63 Waterway Crescent, Dubbo.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Dubbo Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
