Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these regulations is to increase
the fees for licences and permits issued under the
Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act

1981.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 132 of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981.

3. Fees

In regulation 73 of the Drugs, Poisons and

Controlled Substances Regulations 19951—

(a) in sub-regulation (3) for "$50.00" substitute "$53.00"; and
