Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Drugs

of Dependence) Regulations 2000

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to delete an item from Schedule Eleven to the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 12M and 132 of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981.

3. Amendment to Schedule Eleven

In Schedule Eleven to the Drugs, Poisons and and 3 of Part 1 of that Schedule, delete the items relating to 1-PHENYL-2-METHYLAMINO PROPANE.
