Drugs of Dependence Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Drugs of Dependence Act 1989.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Principal Regulations

2.  In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Drugs of Dependence Regulations.

Schedule 1

3.  Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting after the item relating to Dipipanone the following item:

“Dronabinol........................................................................... 6.00                6.00”.

Schedule 2

4.  Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from column 1 of the item relating to Tetrahydrocannabinols “this Schedule” and substituting “Schedule 1 or this Schedule”.
