Drugs of Dependence Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Drugs of Dependence Act 1989.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

Schedule 2

2.  Schedule 2 to the Drugs of Dependence Regulations is amended by inserting the following item:

“4-Hydroxy-butanoic acid.............................................................................. 0.50              0.50”

after

“3-Hexyl-1-hydroxy-7,8,9,10-tetrahydro-6,6,9-trimethyl-6H-dibenzo[b,d]pyran (Parahexyl)        2.00............................................................................................ 2.00”.
